  • Mr. Wood is an Australian mining entrepreneur with over 35 years experience in mineral exploration, project development and resource investment. He has founded multiple ASX, AIM and TSX listed resource sector companies including Hunnu Coal (A$500M sale), Avanco Resources (A$418M sale), Bellevue Gold (A$2B) and Steppe Gold (C$500M), Mongolia’s largest gold producer.

    Mr. Wood holds an Honours degree in Geology from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in Mineral Economics from the WA School of Mines. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and was awarded Mongolia’s highest civilian honour, the Order of the Polar Star.

  • Mr. Wood brings extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, with a background in economic policy, business strategy, investment, and project development. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Wood served as a policy adviser to Leader of the Opposition in the Australian Senate, where he focused on economic, industrial, and regulatory matters. Earlier, he oversaw national media strategy for the Deputy Leader of the National Party.

    In the private sector, Mr. Wood has managed a highly successful fund focused on small-cap mining investments on the ASX and has since led investment activity across both listed markets and early-stage ventures. He is a founding partner of QCapital Partners, a mining-focused venture capital firm based in Australia. Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University, majoring in Finance.

  • Mr. Payment has 16+ years of experience as a seasoned CPA with experience in finance, reporting, regulatory compliance, public company administration, equity markets, and the financing of publicly traded companies. Since 2014 has served as a CFO and consultant to a portfolio of companies listed on both the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

    Mr. Payment has extensive involvement across the natural resource, technology, and retail sectors, and holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University and a CPA, CA designation earned in 2009.

  • Mr Eldridge has 17 years’ experience in the metals and mining sector with a strong capital markets focus, spanning buy-side, sell-side and issuer roles. He co-founded Euroscandic International Group, an advisory firm that raised more than $350 million in combined equity and non-equity financing for mining companies, and previously served as CFO of Amarillo Gold prior to its acquisition by Hochschild Mining.

    He is currently a director of Nevada Lithium Resources, which is developing one of the largest lithium deposits in North America, and an independent director of United Lithium Corp. Mr Eldridge is also the founder of Patriot Critical Minerals, owner of the United States’ largest tungsten deposit, and serves as Director and CEO of Military Metals, an antimony-focused company with assets across the US, Canada and Slovakia, including the European Union’s largest antimony deposit.

    Mr Eldridge holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
